We're a small team of WordPress and WooCommerce developers who've spent years shipping plugins for the WordPress ecosystem.

Our previous product, CitadelaWP, taught us a lot about what serious store owners actually need from their plugins — and just as importantly, what they don't. They don't need 47 nested settings tabs. They don't need a digital wallet bolted onto their wholesale plugin. They don't need a 200-page manual to figure out how to give one customer 15% off.

They need the job done, properly, fast. They need software that doesn't fight them. They need support from people who actually know the product.

That's the lens we built WholesaleWP through.

Wholesale is one of the most operationally important features a WooCommerce store can add. Most B2B-capable stores see 2–4× higher average order values than retail-only equivalents.

And yet, the existing solutions in the category were either feature-thin (you have to bolt three plugins together to get the basics) or feature-complete but punishing to use (admin interfaces designed in 2015, dropdowns inside accordions inside modals).

We saw a category where the best products were respected for their feature depth and disliked for their experience. That's exactly the kind of gap we know how to fill.

• Software should respect your time. Setup measured in minutes, not hours. Recurring tasks measured in clicks, not page reloads.
• Performance is a feature. A wholesale plugin that doubles your page load time is a wholesale plugin that costs you sales. We measure ours.
• Support is the product. If our reply takes three days, the plugin doesn't matter. We monitor inboxes ourselves.
• Pricing should be honest. No fake countdowns. No introductory pricing that doubles on renewal. The price you sign up at is the price you renew at.
• Forks build standing on shoulders. Open source means improvement compounds. We built on what came before, and we'll be transparent about that.
